Business, real estate and finance
Three practices, led by the same team, for clients whose affairs rarely fit within one of them.

Business advisory
We advise owners, directors and shareholders on the legal and strategic questions that shape a company.
Our work ranges from setting up the right structure at the outset to negotiating the agreements on which a business depends. We are often asked to review a transaction before it is signed, or to step in when a partnership or a contract is under strain.
- Company formation and group structuring
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Negotiation of key agreements
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures and partnerships
- Corporate governance
- Disputes and pre-litigation strategy

Real estate
We act for investors, developers and private owners on residential, commercial and development property.
We review the title, the planning position and the numbers before a client commits. We negotiate the terms, coordinate notaries, lenders and agents, and follow the transaction through to completion. For clients who hold property over the long term, we manage the assets and the relationships around them.
- Acquisitions and sales
- Development and land projects
- Legal and technical due diligence
- Title and planning review
- Leases and occupational agreements
- Property financing
- Asset and portfolio management
- Cross-border investment

Financial advisory
We give companies and private investors an independent view of an investment, a financing or a structure.
We analyse the opportunity, test the assumptions behind it and identify the risks that are not in the presentation. We help clients raise capital and structure transactions, and we present their projects to the banks and investors whose support they need.
- Investment analysis
- Financial due diligence
- Capital raising
- Debt and project financing
- Transaction structuring
- Investor relations
- Wealth and asset structuring
- Business plans and valuations
Representing
our clients
Under a written mandate, we act in our client's name. We conduct negotiations, attend meetings and sign correspondence on their behalf, within limits agreed in advance. Our clients remain in control: no binding commitment is made without their written approval.
Discuss a mandate- Negotiation with buyers, sellers and partners
- Relations with banks and lenders
- Meetings with investors and funds
- Dealings with notaries and authorities
- Coordination of lawyers and accountants
- Presentation of the client's project

Managing affairs on our clients' behalf
For several companies and private clients, we go one step further and manage their affairs on an ongoing basis.
We keep their contracts, assets and deadlines in order, supervise the other advisers who work for them and handle their correspondence with third parties. At agreed intervals, they receive a written report on what has been done, what is pending and what needs their decision.
This arrangement suits clients who are often travelling, who hold assets in several countries, or who simply prefer to rely on one trusted firm.
How a mandate works
Every engagement follows the same four stages, so that clients know what to expect and what it will cost before work begins.
First meeting
We listen to the situation, review the essential documents and tell you frankly whether and how we can help.
Engagement letter
We confirm in writing the scope of our work, the powers you give us, our fees and the confidentiality that applies.
Execution
We carry out the work agreed: analysis, advice, negotiation or management, with you informed at every stage.
Reporting
We report in writing on the outcome and, for ongoing mandates, at regular intervals agreed with you.
Tell us about your matter
Whether you need a second opinion, a negotiator or someone to manage your affairs, the first step is a confidential conversation.
